With 15 years of hands-on experience and working across every facet of the beauty and wellness industry – from salon & spa floors to brand education to sales and retail strategy in the GCC market from B2B to B2C- I’ve identified a critical disconnect holding businesses back , a gap in sales expertise and a well-defined customer journey. Spas, Salons and wellness centers invest heavily in aesthetics, location, premium brands, often receiving training on application techniques , world class technical training and even product benefits, But there is a lack in Customer Journey.
